We are announcing the availability of the highest quality core material and pleased to offer in our new product range of Supermalloy Input/Line matching transformer, Digital Pulse Transformer, Transformer Volume Control and MC-Step up Transformer. (will be available soon) Our new transformer core material consists of 80% high quality Nickel content which provides highest permability (u) with lowest coercive force. This Supermalloy is much better in quality in all aspects compare to previously available permalloy core due to new manufacturing process and special heated treatment after punching to maximize its permability. |
Compare to general high quality silicon steel lamination, Supermalloy core is better by more than 50-100 times in terms of magnetic induction as outline in following simple experimentation. |
1. A coil winding with no core material (air core) |
2. Same coil winding with silicon steel core material (2 pieces of 0.5mm thickness lamination equals 1.0mm stacking height) |
3. Same coil winding with Supermalloy core material (2 pieces of 0.2mm thickness lamination equals 0.4mm stacking height) |
As
evident Supermalloy core with less than half the core stacking, still generates
more than 25 times inductance than silicon steel. If we put same stacking
high of Supermalloy in this experimentation, it would result in 5 pieces
of 0.2mm lamination, the result would be close to 200 Henry.
Benefit from using such high quality Supermalloy core is simply the reduction of winding turns by very large factor. Thus we can lower winding resistance, leakage inductance, winding capacitance, insertion loss and others. Moreover we create new winding technique called "SILK Nano Winding Technology" to maximize the utilization of Supermalloy property creating new level of performance from transformer. |

We
design the enclosure of Input/Line transformer so that the mounting can
be made via special terminal. All pin out are located inside the thread
which provide additional shielding. MC-Step up transformer and Transformer Volume Control will be available soon. Custom winding is welcome. Please inquire. |
